This includes: • Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number) • Delivery Details (Address in Nsukka/Nationwide) • Transaction Data (Order history, Payment reference IDs). Note: We do NOT store your debit card details; payments are processed securely via Paystack.

We use your information to: • Process and deliver your orders (Sharing address with Riders/GIG Logistics). • Send order updates and receipts via Email/SMS. • Verify providers on our Errand Marketplace. • Improve our store inventory based on browsing trends.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary details with third parties for fulfillment: • Logistics Partners (GIG, DHL, Local Riders) • Payment Processors (Paystack) We implement standard security measures (SSL, Database Encryption) to protect your account.

In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to: • Request a copy of your data. • Request deletion of your account. • Opt-out of marketing emails.
