Yes! We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. • Within Nsukka (GRA, Campus, Hilltop): We use our local Cariño riders for Same-Day delivery. • Outside Nsukka (Lagos, Abuja, PH): We partner with GIG Logistics and DHL. Delivery takes 2-4 working days depending on your location.

Our delivery rates are fixed for local runs but vary by weight for interstate shipping: • UNN Campus / Odenigbo: ₦500 • Nsukka Town / Hilltop: ₦1,000 • Enugu City: ₦2,500 • Nationwide (Lagos/Abuja): Starts from ₦4,000 (Calculated at checkout).

Yes. You can select 'Pickup' at checkout to avoid delivery fees. Our Pickup Station is located at: No 15 Odenigbo Road (Near Access Bank), Nsukka.

Our riders will call you before heading out. If you are unavailable, we can leave the package with your lodge porter (security) or reschedule for the next day (an extra fee may apply for rescheduling).

Pay on Delivery (Cash or Transfer) is available ONLY for Nsukka residents. For orders going outside Nsukka (Interstate), we require full payment via Paystack before shipping to ensure logistics commitment.

Please check your internet connection and bank limit. If the issue persists, you can select 'Pay on Delivery' (if in Nsukka) or make a direct transfer to our corporate account displayed at checkout.

Yes. We take safety seriously. Providers with the 'Verified' badge have submitted their Student ID or National ID card to our Admin team. We recommend always choosing verified providers.

• Perishable Items (Cakes, Food, Pastries): No returns allowed due to hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or spoiled. • Non-Perishables (Perfumes, Gift Sets): Can be returned within 3 days if sealed and unused.
